We accept all major credit cards through Nova.
2) How long will you wait for my arrival if my flight is delayed?
Because we know your flight information, we are able to check for your changed or delayed arrival times.
3) Is there an extra charge if my flight is delayed?
No, we don’t penalize you if your flight is delayed. Our drive will be there when you arrive.
4) Can I have multiple pickup locations for one event?
Currently, our online reservation allows to make one request (point-to-point). However, since this request will involve different pricing structure, we recommend you to either call 904-343-7777 for help or submit a quote form and put in your request (multiple pickup) in the additional information section.
5) Can I reserve the transportation by the hour?
Yes.
